Reference in these Terms of Use to "you" or "the User" shall refer to the letting agents and the tenants referred to above. Reference to "us" or "we" shall refer to IAM.
- This page tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of the lettings section of our website , whether as a letting agent or tenant. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using this Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using this Site.
- Access to this Site is open only to letting agents and such of their tenants who have given their consent to allow their personal data being processed through this Site.
- Access to this Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on this Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
- If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

- A platform to enable you to upload details of properties, including landlord details and tenancy change notifications containing names, addresses, telephone number and email addresses of such tenants who have given their consent to such personal data being processed on this Site.
- Our "tenant switching service" operates to enable new tenants to have their utility supplies switched to the cheapest suppliers.
- If you communicate to us that you do not wish for your tenants to be contacted to change from the incumbent standard tariff to a cheaper
tariff, we will not do so without your express written consent and this option will be deactivated.
- These Terms of Use constitute a written agreement between you and us and governing the terms upon which we process personal data for you.
- The personal data will only be processed in connection with the provision of the Services. We agree that we will:
- at all times whilst processing personal data on your behalf, ensure that appropriate technical and organisation measures shall be taken against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage to personal data; and
- Only process personal data on your behalf on instructions from you. You instruct us to process the change notifications entered by you or the relevant letting agent using our lettings application.
- You agree that you shall not:
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit through or to this website any content that:
- Is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, offensive, or defamatory;
- Might infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights of others;

- Sell access to or the use of this website, including any content contained on, downloaded or accessed from this website.
